History of the park
|
The population of the Sausset valley goes back more than 6,000 years.
The site used to be the Bondy Forest and was covered by woods, clearings, wastelands and marshes.
Originally man was hunter, picker, fisherman and then became farmer and gardener after clearing the site.
The park's landscape architects have retraced the history.
