Water in the park
|
The park has been laid out on wetland through which rivers and brooks flow. Although today these watercourses have all disappeared or been covered over, the water, so pleasant to hear and see, has been re-established on the site through the creation of watertight ornamental lakes, streams and waterfalls.

The largest river on the site was the Croult into which the waters of the Vieille Mer, the Rouillon, and the Molette flowed.
