The vegetation comprising small wooded areas and shrubs provides a good home for a great variety of birds and insects in this otherwise very urban area. The new Building at La Bergère Park, the first key element of the future Cité de la Terre, has been the guardhouse since 2003, houses an exhibition room where sustainable development themes will be developed all year round, and is the office base for the teams in charge of the project.
